What we build

How we build

Site visit before the price is final. We check the shell, the equipment and the access.
Engineered joins. A hot tub is tied into your pool’s structure, with an engineer checking before we cut.
Water-tested before tiling. We fill it and hold it for 48 hours to prove it.
A 7-year workmanship warranty, in writing with every job.

How accurate is the price?

It’s an indicative range based on the choices you make. After a free site visit we give you a fixed price in writing.

How long does it take?

Typically about six weeks from deposit to handover, depending on approvals and weather.

Do I need approval?

A hot tub usually does, and we coordinate the engineering and paperwork. Resurfacing usually doesn’t. Approvals, plainly.

What does the warranty cover?

Every job comes with a 7-year workmanship warranty, with the terms in writing at handover.
